Open Vinyasa Yoga Classes in Costa Rica – Everyone welcome!
Classes are held at Hotel Tropico Latino located right on the beautiful beach in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. The Hotel offers classes at 9am and 4pm everyday! I teach the following classes listed here.

Private classes available too!

Donation Yoga Classes
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8.00AM, join me for an invigorating and flowing morning practice at my house in Mal Pais, Costa Rica. For all levels. Everyone is welcome!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early

What to bring:
- Water
- Towel
- Yoga mat if you have one. I have extras so don't worry
- A smile
Directions:

Go towards Mal Pais and turn left on the road after Mary's restaurant. Turn left again at the first road which will take you over a small bridge. This is my driveway. If you look up to the left you will see the house! Please be careful going up the steep hill.
